These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at masonrygreenbay.com (the "Site") and the masonry contracting services provided by Green Bay Concrete & Masonry("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services.
By accessing the Site or signing a service agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are requesting services on behalf of a property you do not own, you represent that you have the owner's permission to authorize the work.
Green Bay Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, and related work. Services are performed at properties located within our service area in and around Green Bay, Wisconsin.
We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine falls outside our scope of work, presents a safety concern, or conflicts with local regulations.
Estimates provided before or during an on-site visit are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. The final price may change if additional damage or complications are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any material change in scope before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.
Estimates provided by phone or online without an on-site visit are preliminary and subject to revision after a physical inspection. A written proposal signed by both parties constitutes the binding price agreement for any project.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the scheduled timeframe. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as possible.
You may cancel a scheduled job prior to the start of work. If materials have already been ordered and are non-returnable, you may be responsible for the cost of those materials. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing or by phone at (920) 932-4097.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to schedule an alternative date at no additional charge.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Full payment is due when the job is completed and you have had the opportunity to review the work.
Accounts not paid in full within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee and may be referred to a collections process. You agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting past-due amounts, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms - including duration and scope - will be stated in the written proposal or warranty document provided at the completion of your project. Warranties apply to the specific work performed and do not extend to pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or normal wear and tear over time.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Bay Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or the performance of services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage to property or systems that are concealed, inaccessible, or not disclosed to us prior to the start of work - such as underground utilities, hidden plumbing, or existing structural deficiencies not visible at the time of our assessment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative resolution method. Arbitration shall take place in Brown County, Wisconsin.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Brown County, Wisconsin.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
All content on the Site - including text, images, and layout - is owned by or licensed to Green Bay Concrete & Masonry and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
